(30 minutes)

A FREE Intro lesson is the first step a person will take on their Crossfit journey. It's purpose is for the staff to get to know a few things about you, including, physical fitness history, current fitness level, what your expectations are from Crossfit and what goals you may have. We will explain what Crossfit is, how it works and what you can expect here at CrossFit Duluth. We will then decide together what package or plan will best suit your needs and schedule you a free trial class.
